Who can use GradWay. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your area to agree to these terms or have a parent or guardian agree for you.
License. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GradWay on iPhones you own or control, as allowed by Apple's Media Services Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or build products from the app, except as the law allows.
Not affiliated with schools. GradWay is independent. Names and logos of universities are used only to show where the app works, and belong to those schools.
Using the app
Acceptable use. Use GradWay lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the app, interfere with it or its servers, try to access data that is not yours, scrape or copy campus data in bulk, or use it to harass, stalk or harm anyone.
Maps, times and campus information. Building locations, walking times, routes, class suggestions, dining hours and campus links come from Apple Maps, your school and other sources, and may be wrong or out of date. Walking times are estimates. Use your own judgment, follow posted signs and official instructions, and confirm important details, such as exam rooms and deadlines, with your school.
Your content. The schedules, notes, photos and contacts you enter stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the app on your device.
Third-party services. The app uses services from Apple and links to websites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Walk With Me and safety
Walk With Me is a convenience tool. It reminds you to check in and helps you prepare a text to people you choose. It is not an emergency service, and it does not monitor you, call for help or alert anyone by itself.
- Reminders run on your iPhone. They may not appear if your phone is off, out of battery, in Do Not Disturb, in Silent mode, restricted by Focus, or if notifications are turned off. Time Sensitive alerts reduce, but do not remove, this risk.
- Texts are sent only when you tap Send, and only if your phone can send messages.
- The location shared in a text is your last known location and may be inaccurate or out of date.
- If you are in danger or need help, call 911 or your campus police. Do not rely on GradWay in an emergency.
You use Walk With Me at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and for telling your contacts how to reach you.
Campus Pro and purchases
GradWay is free to download. Campus Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks extra features: class alerts, parked-car photo and timer, sports scores and priority support. It is available as a subscription (semester or annual plan) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Billing. Purchases are made through your Apple ID and charged by Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions. The semester and annual plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. The lifetime purchase is paid once and does not renew.
- Refunds. Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
- Restore. Use Restore Purchases in Settings to get your upgrade on a new device with the same Apple ID.
- Changes. We may change features or prices for future purchases. We will not remove a feature you have already paid for without notice.
Ownership, disclaimers, liability and contact
Ownership. GradWay, its design, code, text, graphics and campus frames are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. School names, logos and marks belong to their owners.
Disclaimer. GradWay is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or suited to your needs.
Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss from missed reminders, late arrival, wrong directions or reliance on the app, including Walk With Me. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending use. You can stop using GradWay at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
Apple. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes. We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
